Anggrek Kuring is among one of the pioneers of Indonesian cuisine in Malaysia. Conceptualized by Ibu Waty in 2007 with their first restaurant in Puchong, they have now come up with the second restaurant in Cyberjaya at Shaftsbury Square. Their food is cooked the traditional way using fresh ingredients, kampung chicken and less oil. Their signature and popular dishes include ayam bakar, ayam presto and standing fish. Other popular Indonesian dishes include gado-gado, cumi bakar, sop buntut bakar, tauhu gejrot etc. Anggrek Kuring also caters for company dinners, birthday parties and festive functions.
